What if there are unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that prevent me from attending the session?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact our program coordinator as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or refund options.

Please note that our cancellation policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of the Life Skills Programme and to accommodate all participants fairly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Can I cancel my enrolment in the Life Skills Programme?
Yes, you can cancel your enrolment in the Life Skills Programme. However, please note that our cancellation policy applies.

What is the cancellation period for the Life Skills Programme?
We require a minimum cancellation notice of 2 days (48 hours) prior to the start of the programme or the pro rata class fee will be forfeited . This time allows us to make necessary arrangements and accommodate other participants.

How can I cancel my enrolment?
To cancel your enrolment in the Life Skills Programme, please contact us via the form on our website. Provide your details and the session you wish to cancel.  If it is within 48 hours, we will try to fit it into another session held at a later date, but no refunds are given.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel within the cancellation period?
If you cancel your enrolment within the designated cancellation period, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please note that certain administrative fees may apply. (20% admin fee).  Contact us, we will provide you with the specific details regarding refunds.

What if I cancel after the cancellation period or do not attend the session?
Cancellations made after the designated cancellation period or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. This is because we have already made arrangements and reserved a spot for you, which prevents other participants from joining.

Can I reschedule my session instead of cancelling?
Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please contact our us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
